We offer the following recruitment contracts for your review:

Contingency Agreement
Donohue & Associates will present qualified candidates to client with no financial obligation to Donohue & Associates unless client hires referred candidate from Donohue & Associates.
– Negotiable fee
– 1/2 placement fee due when referred candidate signs employment agreement
– 1/2 of remaining placement fee due when signed candidate starts practice
– 6 month provider retention guarantee
– Donohue & Associates will discuss practice opportunity and obtain candidate parameters with client
– Excellent references available upon request

Focused Search Agreement
– Dedicated national search on non-exclusive basis
– Negotiable recruitment fee/placement fee
– 1/3 upfront advertising deposit deducted from total fee
– 1/3 placement fee due when referred candidate signs employment contract
– 1/3 placement fee due when signed candidate starts practice
– No out-of-pocket expenses
– Site visit & analysis by President & Vice President of Donohue & Associates
– 1 year provider retention guarantee for physician placement and 6 month retention guarantee for Mid-Level Providers
– Excellent references available upon request
